Egg Yolk Oil, also known as egg fish, Phoenix oil, is extracted from the egg yolk of fat-soluble substances in the general name. Egg Yolk Oil has the function of clearing heat and moistening skin, relieving inflammation and pain, astringent and generating muscle, and protecting sore surface. The fatty acids in egg yolk oil are hydrophobic and form a protective Chemicalbook membrane on the surface of the skin to protect it from external stimuli and protect the skin barrier. Egg Yolk oil contains a lot of fat and protein, it has a good nutritional and protective effect on the wound, can reduce the permeability of capillary, promote tissue growth, has good convergence and inhibit the growth of bacteria.

1. The fat content of Egg Yolk Oil was mainly phospholipids (32.8%) , fatty acids (62.3%) , small amount of sterols (4.9%) and trace amount of phospholipids (4.9%) . It's rich in Lecithin and unsaturated fat, which are the main characteristics of egg butter. Phospholipids: The major phospholipids in Egg Yolk oil were lecithin and cerebrolecithin, including 73.0% phosphatidylcholine, 15.0% Phosphatidylethanolamine, 5.8% lysophosphatidylcholine, 2.1% lysophosphatidylethanolamine, 2.5% myelin, 0.6% Phosphatidylinositol and 0.9% aldolecithin. 2) fatty acids: the triglyceride fatty acids in the egg yolk oil were 19.91% palmitic acid, 2.25% palmitoleic acid acid, 7.89% stearic acid, 42.86 chemicalbook% oleic acid, 22.95% linoleic acid, 0.94% linolenic acid, and the total content of unsaturated fat was 69% . 3) STEROLS: The majority of Egg Yolk sterols are cholesterol, and there are also chain sterols, cholesterol, Ergosterol, β-sitosterol, δ-cholesterol and lanosterol.
